Signing in to the blog requires a gmail account. On top of the blog, you will see a grey bar with a search box on the left-hand side, and "Create Blog' and 'Sign In' on the other.
Click on 'Sign In' and use your gmail information to get access.
HOW TO POST COMMENTS
When you click on a particular blog entry, you will taken to the page for that entry and its comments. At the bottom of the post, you will see the header 'Post a Comment' and a text box. You can enter a comment in the text box, or click on a comment already posted to provide a response to that comment specifically. If you are signed into the blog, the 'Comment as' dropdown box should already have your name filled in. If not, you will be asked to sign in before you can post.
HOW TO GET ACCESS TO THE MESSAGEBOARD
Under the header of the main blog, you will see a horizontal menu bar with the entries "Home," "Messageboard (Google Groups)," "Readings / References / Websites," "UNLV Game Club (Facebook)," and "Help."
Click on the "Messageboard (Google Groups)" link and you will be taken to the messageboard page.
The messageboard is simply an embedded Google Groups page. It requires a gmail account to post just like the blog proper, however it is handled separately from the blog. If you are signed into your Google account you can use the red 'New Topic' button at the top of the window.
However before you can post you will need to request access to the group. You will be asked how you would like to read the group, any of the selections are valid except for 'Abridged Email.' (see image below).
I will grant access when I receive that email, your post will go up, and you can post freely from then on.
